WELCOME TO J. W. SERVICE APARTMENTS.

J. W. Service is a small and highly-respected management company – overseeing properties in the Denver area for over 45 years. Our specialty is high-rise apartment buildings. Being a small company, we get to know our tenants, and we meet their needs in a timely manner. We take great pride in the daily administration and maintenance of our buildings and have on-site managers and maintenance personnel to handle any problems arising at any time of the day or night.
Our employees have been with the company on average for over five years, some for over 20 years. The staff is well-trained, efficient, and personable, always going the extra mile and believing that each apartment is a resident’s home.

Why J.W. Service is above the rest.

All our apartment buildings offer 24/7 access to on-site management and have resident managers. Our rents are inclusive; we never charge for trash, water, heat, or air conditioning. All parking outside the buildings are free, except the El Castillo. The El Castillo does offer parking at a nominal charge. Only the El Castillo charges an application fee.

Amenities

Each building offers various amenities.  All buildings have on-site laundry.  The De Medici, the Van Dyke, and the Montmartre share a tennis court and an outdoor pool.  Most buildings offer indoor pools for winter swimming and exercise.  All buildings offer hot tubs and saunas.  There are party rooms, pool tables, and exercise rooms in most.  The Montmartre even offers a bowling alley.  Most of the buildings offer guest room accommodations for out-of-town guests at a nominal charge.  Garage parking is usually available at an additional charge.
